FASHION LAW is a specialized area of law that deals with the day-to-day business problems of a fashion company. The Fundamental issues that are covered in fashion law are intellectual property, advertising, contracts, employment and labor, real estates, immigrations, privacy and wearable tech and commercial transactions.
